After working for many years on the Sydney Bar scene, Ross
Mansfield & Matthew Fraser created Zachary’s Gourmet
Pizza Bar. Opening in Noosa 2003, Zachary’s quickly
established itself on the cosmopolitan eat street – Hastings
St, Noosa. 2004 saw Zachary’s expand to Mooloolaba
and Sydney.
Intimate, stylish and all class. Zachary’s continues
to produce fantastic pizza, pasta and salads. Funky tunes,
plush leather lounges and of course the ultimate list of
cocktails!
